Objectives

Having a skilled and experienced captain, with good relationships, be able to support our commercial team, by making pre-delivery inspections at the shipyard, delivering the boats worldwide, organizing sea trials, and following the potential leads he has.

Missions

Generate leads and increase the sales pipeline daily:

• Build strong connections with our client
• Make the most of events, boat shows, and the Iguana Demo Tour to generate leads
• Network in HNWI spaces to develop brand awareness with qualified people
• Follow up and keep track of all leads short, mid and long-term

Pre-delivery inspection/delivery:

• Make the pre-delivery inspection at the shipyard
• Organize the delivery and the logistics on-site at the client locations
• train the customers and make the process of starting of warranty.
• bring the feedback to the manufacturing and engineering team.

Sea trial / technical support for the sales :

• Organize a sea trial and offer the product to the client
• Be very knowledgeable about the product – technical support

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• has an entrepreneurial spirit, a hands-on personality, likes a challenge, and is ready to take on the brand to make it a success
• is ready to travel to meet clients and for events worldwide
• has experience in boating and driving 30ft powerboats
• has an interest in luxury, unique, exceptional products

Contract
